Kalz412
I'm not exactly sure how this works yet. I guess I will start by introducing myself. My name is Kristin, I learned of the Whole 30 through my sister. She suggested it to me because I have had stomach and skin issues for years, that have just gotten worse and worse. The last three years my stomach problems were becoming embarrassing and unbearable. I have been to many doctors, and they really haven't helped at all. I was on medication that made me feel a different kind of sick to my stomach and decided that I needed to do something myself and as naturally as possible. I stopped eating Gluten last August (even though the tests for gluten intolerance were negative) and I am feeling much better. Bread and pasta were not easy to give up, especially coming from an Italian family. I have been paleo-ish for a few months now, but I want to take it to the next level. Even though I am feeling better, I know that I am not 100% and I am so sick of feeling sick and being exhausted. I thought that if I connected with others I would feel more committed to doing this even though I know it is going to be difficult. My goals for this month are: Eat by the Whole 30 guidelines for the month of January Get to sleep by 9:30 pm Work out 3-4 times a week in the morning before work for at least 30 mins
