AmyM70 Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 Started today after the July 4th holiday...have slowly put on 10 -15lbs this year...hormonal changes with getting older have made it so difficult to lose weight. I can’t work it off anymore and realize I have to change my relationship with food- I eat too much sugar, stress eat, reward eat- you name it, I’m addicted.
