Courtneyrose521
I have used my olive oil cooking spray once and the second time I used it I read the bottle and realized there was soy, so I wiped it out of the pan. I’m wondering if it is truly enough soy to really have it effect my progress. I’m R1D7 and really don’t think I can start over. I have a wedding coming up not mong After and I planned my whole 30 out perfectly to being at the wedding after reintroduction. I’m part of the wedding party so avoiding the food isn’t really possible, plus it’s my bffs wedding and I want to be able to fully enjoy the wedding! So so my question is, is this small amount of cooking spray coming to drastically change my results?
laura_juggles
For someone who doesn't have an issue with soy/legumes, probably not (but that doesn't mean you can go back to using the spray during your Whole30). For me, it would have totally skewed my progress and results because I can't tolerate legumes. It's one of those situations where you won't really know until you've gotten them out of your system and then properly reintroduced. But if you're feeling crummy at all, it could be the soy.
