Hello! This is my first whole30. I’ve been primal for years, low carb and/or keto. I am fat adapted. BUT I have 15 stubborn pounds to lose. I admit that I do not really exercise. Maybe once a week. I know that would help. But I struggle to cut back on dairy and alcohol as well which is why I am here. And Lordy do I need some support! Not sure how this works but I hope to find all my answers here!! :) I need to order ghee, and will be starting the day after it arrives.

Yes! Dairy and alcohol are hard for me to eliminate, too. I definitely feel better when I don’t have that beer (3-4/week), but that doesn’t stop me. I LOVE my dairy, though, so this will be interesting at a minimum. Good luck to you!

Thank you for taking the time to comment :) I am using up the rest of my food as I just went shopping and then I’m going all in. I already eat low carb (no grains or sugar). So really it’s that wine and dairy. But I’m also forgoing chocolate and coffee for 30 days. I’m excited.

It’s go time! Day one! As I sip my black coffee. I’m hoping that I know all the fonts because i Just stumbled upon the no gum rule last night that I never even considered.
