saragorham04 Posted July 16, 2018 Share Posted July 16, 2018 Today is day 3. Before I started I drank about 8 diet sodas a day, and it was a huge problem. I decided to follow the rules about artificial sweeteners and quit cold turkey, replacing it with unseeet tea and water. Even disrupted sleep is not unusual when detoxing from the sweeteners and chemicals in those beverages. Not the mention the sugar. pags98 Posted July 16, 2018 Share Posted July 16, 2018 You CAN do it. I started every day with a 44oz Coke Zero and many days would have 2-3 more 12oz cans throughout the day. It only took me to day 4-5 to feel "normal" (no headaches etc.) and I drank hot black tea 1-2 times a day to help with that. Now I can have 0 caffeine and feel fine (day 8 now).
