Michelle Hartlmeier
Anybody utilizing the Whole30 way of life while having a peanut/nut/coconut allergy? I'm seeing some nice recipes, but I get discouraged when I see something I am allergic to as part of the ingredient. Is olive oil, in most cases, a good substitute? I see almond flour used at times, what can I use instead? Obviously if it's just some nuts thrown in, I will just ignore that part, but some yummy recipes have ingredients that would seem important to simply ignore.
