Annie1981
I have been extremely nauseous. Tried eating more. Eating less. Changed the fruits I was eating. Added more fats. Etc still feel nauseous even threw up. I am feeling excactly the same way I felt when I was pregnant and had morning sickness. Wondering if it could be from hormones? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 18, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 18, 2018 Might be? Hormones are tricky, and no one here is going to be able to say for sure on this one. If you want feedback on your meals, list a day or two of what you typically eat with approximate serving sizes, as well as workouts and any pre- or post-wo food you eat, and we can take a look. Other thoughts: are you salting your food? You ought to be salting it enough to taste good, whatever that means for you. Also, water -- aim for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so a 120-lb person needs at least 60 oz.
Mel3008
I'm on day 3 today and have been nauseated all day just like I was when I was pregnant. I've hardly been able to eat because everything feels like it's going to come back up again, even water.

Other than that, maybe stick to simple, fairly bland food for a day or so and see if it helps? Broth, grilled chicken, baked potato or sweet potato with a little ghee or olive or coconut oil and salt. You do need to eat something, though.
