Breakfast Ideas

I am personally a bit of a picky eater. I have a hard time eating breakfast honestly, and I cannot stand eggs. I am not really sure what to make for breakfast.

On my first try at W30, it was suggested to stop thinking breakfast. lunch, dinner and think meal 1. meal 2. meal 3.

I usually eat left overs from dinner.

Anything you eat at any other meal will work for breakfast. The important thing is to eat a meal based on b.c. the meal template within an hour of waking up. (You can download the meal template here:  https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/)

Like LydiaJo mentioned, leftovers work well. You could chop a bunch of veggies and put some chicken in a marinade before bed, and get up in the morning and roast it all while you get dressed for work -- Google whole30 sheet pan dinners for ideas. Bonus, you could do two sheet pans at once and have something to take with you for lunch.
