KPHS grad
Today I accidentally ingested a teaspoon of grape juice (not sure of what brand) and a TINY piece of white flour based cracker, at most a 1 cm by 1 cm square. Does this warrant starting over? Thank you.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 23, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 23, 2018 We direct people to this article and ask them to decide for themselves about starting over: https://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/ These are an interesting combo to have accidentally ingested. In case this was in any way related to church activities, you should know that as far as whole30 is concerned, communion is between you and God, and if it is important to your religion to take part in communion, whole30 allows that. Not because the food can't still affect you if you eat it, but because some things are more important than an eating plan. Perhaps that isn't what is going in here, but given the specific items mentioned, on a Sunday, I thought I'd point this out, in case it makes a difference.
