Accidental ingestion

These are an interesting combo to have accidentally ingested. In case this was in any way related to church activities, you should know that as far as whole30 is concerned, communion is between you and God, and if it is important to your religion to take part in communion, whole30 allows that. Not because the food can't still affect you if you eat it, but because some things are more important than an eating plan. Perhaps that isn't what is going in here, but given the specific items mentioned, on a Sunday, I thought I'd point this out, in case it makes a difference.
