hello,

i am  starting 7/30 for whole 30 and excited about it. I am very nervous as it is revamping my diet that i have had all my life. I am especially worried about my starbucks lattes since they are sweet and foamy :(

thank you for your support

That is so amaZing! I am super excited to have all this support! Sorry, I didn’t get that Starbucks coconut milk is not compliant? I was thinking of asking them to use coocunt milk instead of regular? Thanks! I spent some time on prep and spent much more time than expected since I haven’t cooked like this before and ingredients can sneak up on you, anyway now I just have to eat my frittata ;) good luck to everyone I will be here

I started today as well. My last whole30 was 2 yrs ago and I really need a reset. I prepped last night as best I could. Probably should’ve prepped more. I have meals ready til Wednesday then I’ll have to cook more. The end of week is harder for me. Today went well though. I’m a snacker in the evenings watching tv and I keep noticing my roommate’s bag of chips... I think I will go to sleep early. Hope day 1 went well for everyone.

It's such a bummer, but their coconut milk has added sugar and other non-compliant ingredients.

Not sure if this link works (their nutrition section on the website), but here are the ingredients to their coconut milk:  Coconut Milk [Water, Coconut Cream, Cane Sugar, Tricalcium Phosphate, Coconut Water Concentrate, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Carrageenan, Gellan Gum, Corn Dextrin, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol)].

And Almond Milk: Almondmilk [Filtered Water, Almonds, Sugar, Tricalcium Phosphate, Sunflower Lecithin, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol)].
