pcpilot128 Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 That's awesome. I just found this place recently, and have read about Whole 30, but have never done. My g/f and I also started on Aug 1. We were bumbling around the 1st day, did better yesterday, and today, I feel like we have a better routine and handle on it. Don't want to hijack your thread, but good luck!
