If you scroll down to the part of this article that's labeled Vegetable Oils, you can read a bit more about that: https://whole30.com/2015/01/rules-recommendations/ (the whole article is a good read, but that section deals particularly with this question). If you want to branch out some, ghee or clarified butter, coconut oil, olive oil, and high quality animal fats like lard, tallow, schmaltz (chicken fat), or duck fat are all also allowed. It's not a bad idea to alternate sometimes, just because there are different nutrients in different oils, but it's also okay to find one you like and mostly stick to it.
