I am starting Whole 30 today. The first day is going to be hard because my co-workers and I are going out to lunch. I already looked at the menu and know what I am going to get, but doesn't mean I won't feel tempted, but I am going to stick with it! Wish me luck =/

I'm starting today too, I recruited three coworkers to do it with me so that should make it easier at work. How did you end up doing at lunch? I've got a team lunch this month, too, and I'm already nervous because none of my "ally" coworkers will be there.

I realize you were out and probably didn't have a lot of options, but be sure you make your meals match the meal template, including fat. It will make a huge difference in how you feel, though the first few days you may feel tired and irritable no matter what you do.
