I am on day 3 and each meal I start to eat I automatically get full? I don’t know if this is a mental thing or because I am eating real whole food but man it’s crazy. 

For example my first nights dinner was salmon and cauliflower I could only finish half of the small salmon filet. And tonight I cooked ground turkey, onion, peppers and Brussel sprouts in coconut oil on the skillet. 

I ate about 7 spoonfuls and I am so full so now I am sitting here trying to slowly eat the rest.

What are you eating in general? Things like brussel sprouts, cauliflower, onions and peppers all can cause bloating which will limit how hungry you feel.

List out your past few days of typical food intake and let's see what's going on.
