bloated the past two days--what gives???

So I am on day 14 YIPPEE and feeling really good--headaches are decreasing which was my whole motivation for doing Whole 30.  However, yesterday and today I am super bloated.  I suspect it is because I snacked more on nuts and dried fruit--I was STARVING the past two days.  Clearly I need to pay more attention to my meals so that I am not so hungry.  Other than that--any other thoughts about why I feel so bloated???  I feel much more energetic and healthy overall, so I am not terribly fussed, just wondering.

I would tend to agree with you that it's probably because of the nuts and dried fruit.  If you're hungry, eat more at your meals... if you're a person who gets their period, then you might also be needing to eat more in the week leading up to and the week of your period... that's totally normal and should be honored... 

Other things the bloating could be attributed to are a lot of raw veggies, eating a lot of cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts etc... , sparkling water and again, if it fits, potentially your period.

I stopped the dried fruits and nuts for two days and the bloating stopped, so there you go.  It also could be the week before my period--I am at the age where I cannot count on when it's coming so that makes it difficult to know what to attribute the bloating to!  thanks for the reply!!!
