Dana M Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 So I am on day 14 YIPPEE and feeling really good--headaches are decreasing which was my whole motivation for doing Whole 30. However, yesterday and today I am super bloated. I suspect it is because I snacked more on nuts and dried fruit--I was STARVING the past two days. Clearly I need to pay more attention to my meals so that I am not so hungry. Other than that--any other thoughts about why I feel so bloated???
