I've been paleo-ish with varying levels of commitment for about the last year in a half. I've recently begun wondering if maybe I've been selling myself short by not going all in. So here I am. I also want to see what effect cleaning up my diet will have on my training as I get ready for a national competition. I'm especially interested in seeing how well (and how fast) I can without using any type of protein supplements.
