Is reintroduction basically eating Paleo?

I am about to start my reintroduction this week and I am not clear on everything.  If I want to make myself some Paleo homemade bagels, do I have to wait the 2 days after eating this to see if I have any symptoms? I guess I'm confused on if I can jump right into eating Paleo or not.  Help from anyone is appreciated!

If all the ingredients in them are compliant, you wouldn't really be reintroducing anything you haven't had before, so I guess you wouldn't need to wait two days. If there is something that wasn't whole30 compliant in them, then you'd be reintroducing that and would follow the normal reintroduction schedule.
