CgrannyB Posted August 8, 2018 Share Posted August 8, 2018 this is my first time trying whole30. My daughter has been after me for about 5 years. I told her the hardest thing would be the flavored cream in my coffee. I tried in advance the whole30 compliant ideas for coffee. YUCK! I knew this would be the hardest part for me. Have you tried adding vanilla extract straight? Post St supper is the hard time for me; I usually want a drink or something carby at the end of the day. good luck to you both!
