Eat a palm to two palms of protein at every meal? Eggs when your sole source of protein are as many as you can hold in one hand without dropping... likely tho the issue is fat... fat slows down the absorption of protein into the body so if you're skimping fat, the protein is being absorbed much quicklier resulting in quicker hunger. Also, if you're eating a lot of fruit with your meals, replace that with veg on your plate and use the fruit sparingly as a condiment rather than a food group.
