Stacy C Posted August 11, 2018 Share Posted August 11, 2018 Starting Whole 30 Sunday, August 12th. Excited to cleanse my body of toxins and learn how my body reacts to various foods. I was recently diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis and encouraged by my physician to try certain food restrictions (no bread, gluten-free, no chocolate, no strawberries, etc..). Hoping the Whole 30 will be a good program to help provide some relief with my digestive challenges as well as help address joint inflammation, improve sleep patterns, skin condition, increase energy, address sleep patterns, weight loss, etc. Appreciate any support from other Whole 30ers!
