I wear a Fitbit that tracks my heart rate, and I noticed from the very beginning that my resting heart rate was dropping each and every day. It went from 78 before I started to 65 . However, around day 18, I noticed that it has started crawling back up. I'm currently at 71bpm, but I'm not sure why. I have been following the program diligently, and my food and drink choices have not changed throughout my 30 days. I have not changed any of my activity level throughout this time either. slc_melissa Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 How are sleep and stress? If I don't get enough sleep, my resting heart rate in the morning is noticeably up.
