Just wanted to share a great experience at a wonderful little restaurant in Duluth. It was eay for a Whole30 newbie to come up with a few compliant dishes straight off the menu with little modification. My favorite was their “red flannel hash” - sweet potato, beets, onion sautéed in olive oil with some thyme. It’s one of their usual sides with any breakfast. Their omelets are truly three egg omelets with no other filler in the egg. The Cobb salad was great (just had them leave off the bacon and cheese). This restaurant is truly farm to table - as in, they grow lots of their produce in their parking lot!
