imtootsie Posted August 20, 2018 Share Posted August 20, 2018 Hi, I'm super tired today (I'm on day 2). I got 7 hours of sleep last night. I had 2 eggs + half avocado for breakfast, lunch I had probably 1 cup of roasted cauliflower, 1/2 c sweet potatoes, and 6 oz chicken. Also had a peach and a handful of cashews. Dinner will be salmon and a roasted vegetable- likely brussel sprouts. But, I feel like I could take a 3 hour nap. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Check out the "Timeline" linked in my signature below. Make sure you meals reflect the meal template (also linked below) and that you are drinking enough water and salting your foods.
