-Kara
I have read in the forums that when you do Whole30 and say add back in cheese, the inflammation that is causes can induce a rapid weight gain. Can anyone please point me towards where in the books or web site it talks about this? Thanks! -k
slc_melissa
I've never seen anything in any of the books or on the website that even remotely sounds like that.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted August 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 21, 2018 Me either - this would not be in any of the official documentation. Maybe you read it from a member who added cheese back and had a bad reaction to it, but it's not a blanket standard of what to expect. Inflammation includes the influx of fluid to whatever area is inflammed so that can cause swelling or bloat - but that isn't the same as "rapid weight gain".
