And I was a skeptic...and it was delicious and had lightened the coffee a good deal like I prefer. I wish I had tried it earlier. The only way I've found to make it meld into the coffee is to blend the canned milk liquid and cream - rather more work than I can handle first thing in the groggy morning! Same with almond milk/creamer: homemade is SO GOOD, and once you squeeze/strain it out, it's nice and frothy from the high-speed blending - but that doesn't last into Day 2...
