Bloated, nauseous and on my period

Some of it probably is related to your period, so hopefully it'll get better in a few days.

Do be sure you're drinking plenty of water, aiming for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so a 120 lb person needs at least 60 oz. That can help with the constipation. Do your best to eat meals that match the meal template, including plenty of vegetables. Since you're already bloated, you may want to limit cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower and cabbage until you're feeling better, since they often cause bloating. I'd limit nuts too, for the same reason. 

For the nausea, peppermint or ginger tea may help.

If you use essential oils, I've heard some people like to rub peppermint oil (mixed with a carrier oil, I'm sure) on their belly to help with bloat, so if you have some already, that might be worth trying.
