Mandy's Whole 30 log

Hi! First time Whole 30'er here. 

Meal 1: Three beef, spinach and egg cups made the night before, raspberries

Meal 2: 'California Club' from Littlecoconutty- deli turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, herb mayonnaise, and mustard in between two sweet potato toasts, carrots and cabbage on the side

Snack: Apples and almond butter

Meal 3: lamb speidini with chimichuri sauce from 'Whole 30', steamed sugar snap peas,  roasted cauliflower, 2 dates

Day 2:

Meal 1: Cherry smoothie bowl, serrano ham, last night's roasted cauliflower, 2 cups of coffee with almond milk

Meal 2: Chicken salad from Whole 30 cookbook herb aioli, grapes, arugula, olives

Snack: guacamole and plantain chips, chicken salad left from lunch

Meal 3: pork tenderloin with walnuts, mini potatoes, asian slaw, perrier, spice tea after dinner

Day 3:

Meal 1: poached egg in butternut squash flatbreads (recipe from Empowered Sustenance), arugula, hot sauce, bacon

Meal 2: Picnic lunch- smoked meat, mustard, lettuce in squash flatbreads (again), carrots, cashew Larabar, LaCroix

Meal 3: bacon wrapped scallops, sweet potato fries, broccoli, cauliflower

Snack: plantain chips, avocado and lemon

Day 4: 

Meal 1: beef, spinach and egg cups, pears

Meal 2: burger in a lettuce wrap, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, cucumber

Meal 3: bison grilled in olive oil, cabbage, arugula, balsamic vinaigrette

Snack: deli turkey, sweet potato, apple hard boiled egg
