First Whole30

I started my very first Whole30 on Monday August 27th. Today is day 3 and I feel like my head is about to explode. I know this is normal, I just hope it doesn't last long.  I'm having a hard time with breakfast.....after I get the kids out the door to school I head straight to work. Any easy make ahead - grab and go suggestions? I'm kinda scared I'm going to fail before I really get into this because today is not off to a great start, and I'm hungry. Thanks for any help! Glad to be part of this!

Breakfast casserole or frittata or egg muffins. Soup. Leftovers from the night before. Salmon cakes (http://meljoulwan.com/2014/11/10/oven-fried-salmon-cakes/). Grill a bunch of chicken or burger patties or make meatballs or breakfast sausage ahead of time. Roast a bunch of vegetables ahead of time. Heat some of the protein and a bunch of vegetables, or if you're really in a hurry, eat them cold. Add olives or avocado or mayo for fat.

Some mayo is Whole30 compliant, it'll depend on the ingredients. You can make your own (here's the instructions I use: https://thehealthyfoodie.com/fail-proof-home-made-paleo-mayo-whole30-compliant/), or there are a couple of brands like Primal Kitchen and I think Tessemae's makes one. I've started finding the Primal Kitchen one at my grocery store, but you may have to go to a Whole Foods or a health food store or order it online if you want to buy it. None of the normal brands you find in stores, at least in the US, are likely to be compliant, most of them have soybean oil or sugar.
