Accountability introduction lol - side note: tips for doing this in a kitchenette??

Hello! Introducing myself as an accountability measure. My goal is to reset my digestion to see if I have any unknown food sensitivities. If anyone has any suggestions on preparing food in a kitchenette rather than full kitchen (ie I have a very small mini fridge and a small stovetop- no oven at all) let me know!
