ReneeLF Posted August 31, 2018 Share Posted August 31, 2018 This will be my third time doing the whole30. The first time (2014) my husband did it with me, but we did not reintroduce properly. The second time (2016) I did it alone, did a proper reintroduction , and discovered that gluten has a negative effect on me. That was 2 years ago. My eating, for the most part, has been pretty good. However, I have recently fell into some poor habits (sugar, alcohol, some gluten) and I need the next 30 days to remind me how good I feel when treating my body with love and respect via my food choices.
