Third time's a charm!

This will be my third time doing the whole30. The first time (2014) my husband did it with me, but we did not reintroduce properly. The second time (2016) I did it alone, did a proper reintroduction , and discovered that gluten has a negative effect on me. That was 2 years ago. My eating, for the most part, has been pretty good. However, I have recently fell into some poor habits (sugar, alcohol, some gluten) and I need the next 30 days to remind me how good I feel when treating my body with love and respect via my food choices.
