The last time I managed to get off dairy  was during Whole 30 about 2.5 years ago just after I gave birth to my littlest one (when I say dairy I just mean hard cheese - I haven't had milk or yoghurt or other dairy for years). 

My other weakness is sugar-free 80% dark chocolate, sweetened with stevia. 

I've been following Mark Sisson's work for years and have no problems cutting out most things. I practice intermittent fasting daily (either 18/6 or 20/4 protocols) but have a stubborn 2.5kg that just hangs around which I can only attribute to food intolerance/inflammation. For four months I've been keto and turning to cheese and dark chocolate as a daily  staple.

I'm tired and have digestive issues almost every day so the idea behind doing another Whole30 is to cleanse and destroy dairy and chocky cravings.

Day One: 

Fast ended at 21 hour mark: 

Lunch

  • raw macadamia nuts - handful
  • 100gm kalettes
  • 150 grams free range chicken
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Dinner

  • 100 grams of roast lamb
  • 150 grams of mixed greens  with pan juices from roast
  • raw macadamia nuts - handful 

Cheese free!
