Starting 1st Whole30 Tomorrow (9/3)

I have attempted 2 whole30's this year. The longest I have been able to go is 22 days : ( I know sooo sad that I couldn't just go 8 more days. So, this time I am planning to use the forum to see if that will help. I am doing the Whole30 alone...my husband is not willing to join me. I have the WORST sugar dragon and late night munching is a struggle for me. Ahhhh i am so nervous and excited at the same time.

I feel ya! I've tried a few times and the furthest I've done is 13 days. Started today (in New Zealand) and so far so good!

I’m starting tomorrow as well! It will be my first time so I’m trying to set myself up the best I can to be successful. I’m really hoping the forum will be an encouraging place because I’m sort of nervous!

Hi Kauline, good luck to you! You will do great! Yes, I am hoping the forum will help and I am going to try my best to log in and check the posts everyday to encourage me. I am nervous too. So far, this morning has been good...but there were a few times I almost ate my kids leftovers!

Good luck! I suggest to find a topic, which has more participants. But I think it's very helpful to have people around you, who are going through the same thing.
