Rotisserie chicken from walmart

You'd need to look at the ingredients. It is possible to find rotisserie chickens that follow all the Whole30 rules, but there are also ones that have ingredients that don't, and Walmart probably offers a few different varieties. If you no longer have the packaging to check the labels, maybe start tomorrow instead, and be sure you read all your labels before you eat.

There are helpful downloads here if you need help figuring out if any of the ingredients are okay or not:  https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/. You can also Google Whole30 + and ingredient you're not sure about and you'll probably find past discussions of it. And if you're really stumped after that, post the particular ingredient you're unsure  of here and we'll help you figure it out.
