I've hit that age where my metabolism has slowed, my hormones are out of control, my joints ache for no apparent reason, my mental and physical energies are low, I've rapidly gained 50 pounds, and now I'm pre-diabetic. Something has to change! I'm using the Whole30 as a total body re-set to clear out what is harming me, and slowly reintroduce elements to see what I can take. Day 1 Breakfast was easy, as it is similar to what I always eat: a veggie and 2-egg scramble made from chard, bell pepper, tomato, scallion, garlic chive, and a spicy turmeric blend.
