Day 1

Orange, coffee with almond milk

Potatoes with boiled eggs, green beans and mayonnaise

Banana, coffee with almond milk

Ratatouille with boiled chicken, mayonnaise, salad with vinaigrette

Summary: Felt crap in the morning but came good with panadol. Good not to be drinking. Walked to work.

Lamb chops, slaw, sweet potato hash

Orange

Summary: Tired in the afternoon. Otherwise good.

Mince cooked in olive oil, ratatouille, lettuce and bean sprouts

Potato, green beans, avocado, mayonnaise, salmon, spinach

Ratatouille with salmon

Strawberries

Walk to work

OK but crabby in the morning and walking is hard.

Rissoles with eggs

Sweet potato hash with rissole, avocado and salad. 

Potatoes, canned tuna, avocado

Walked to work

Crabby most of the day.

Poached eggs, mushrooms, spinach, potatoes and tomato

Boiled chicken, brussels sprouts and sweet potato

Coffee and almond milk

Orange, banana, dates and dessicated coconut
