Franko Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 On my 37th day. Day 31 I added whole milk and cheese into eating with no problems. Day 34 added a gluten free pepperoni pizza back in, no problems. Yesterday we had pizza again and I felt sluggish. Today I had a cheeseburger and onion rings and now I feel so horrible. Does anyone know why I feel so bad? Body aches, head is pounding, I feel drunk,!and queezy.! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unfortunately, because you didn't do reintroductions as recommended, it's hard to say exactly what you're reacting to -- it might be gluten from the bun on the burger and the breading on the onions rings. It might be something in the pizza -- the dairy, or depending on what was in the gluten-free crust, possibly an ingredient in it. Go back to Whole30 eating -- even if you don't think the dairy was a problem, leave it out as well -- until you feel better. Review how to do reintroductions here: https://whole30.com/step-two-finished. When you feel better, try doing reintroductions as described and see what happens.
