It's hard to say what you're doing wrong if we don't know what you're doing -- could you list out a day or two of typical meals, including approximate portion sizes and specific vegetables?

Things that can contribute to constipation include not eating enough vegetables, not drinking enough water (generally we tell people to aim for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight so a 120-lb person needs at least 60 oz), or not eating enough fat. (For any recommendation, like the amount of water, or the size of meals, if your gastric sleeve affects what you can do, or your doctor has told you something that contradicts what we say here, obviously do what your doctor says.)
