kwach Posted September 28, 2018 Share Posted September 28, 2018 I'm nearly complete with my whole 30 (day 24-I think) and I'm beginning to wonder if tree nuts are a problem food for me. I'd love to test them, but I'm wondering how to do that. Should I extend my 30 day elimination for another 30 days and eliminate tree nuts?
