How many of each group to add back?

Hi there! Day 20 of my whole30. Farthest I’ve ever made it (three attempts before, I actually read It starts with food this time so I credit this success to that). When I reintroduce a food group, say dairy, do I just add dairy to one meal and only one dairy option? Or do I eat it throughout the day, choosing different versions? Like plain yogurt with breakfast, cheese on my salad at lunch, etc?
