It's pretty normal to experience various digestive issues when you make a big change to your diet.

Be sure you drink plenty of water. If you're eating a lot of raw vegetables, you might switch to mostly cooked ones for a few days. If you're eating a lot of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, kale, cauliflower or cabbage, you might try having more non-cruciferous ones, as they cause gas and bloating for many people.
