Rglover 0
I am doing R1D7. This is my first time. I saw an advertisement for splendidspoon.com and I’m interested in trying it for a week. All the meals appear 100% compliant with Whole30 but I’d like some feedback before signing up. Anybody encourage or discourage this particular plan?

Anybody encourage or discourage this particular plan? Hi @Rglover - I reviewed most of the items and there are not many that are compliant. The smoothies (discouraged on Whole30) are not compliant due to pea protein (legume). Most of the bowl soups are not compliant due to legumes. The "Soup Cleanse" I don't really understand but there are a couple of the drinkable soups that would be compliant. Overall this would not be a good choice for a delivered meal plan during a Whole30. Moderators ShannonM816 5620 Posted October 4, 2018 Moderators Share Posted October 4, 2018 @RgloverIf you want options for meal delivery, click on the Whole30 Approved menu option above -- there are several listed that definitely have whole30 options, maybe one of them would work for you. JAShister 0
Blue Apron, Territory, and Sun Basket all have meals that are compliant (or close enough that you can sub out/omit ingredients easily).
