Day 3 down and three meals down - not really hungry for 3rd meal

Try to eat something, though it could be smaller than a meal. Also, take a look at the timing of your other meals and what you're eating. Are you eating breakfast within an hour of waking up, and then eating every 4-5 hours after that? If you are waking up and then not eating breakfast for several hours, that could be why you get to dinner time and aren't hungry for a third meal. Or it might be that if you're eating at the upper end of the range on the meal template and then aren't hungry 4-5 hours later, you might not need quite so much food.
