OK back on track today for the most part

Breakfast: Coconut Milk Coffee with 3 eggs, 1 turkey sausage and some spinach

Lunch: Dried Mango, Veggie Stir Fry over Zoodles

Dinner: Not sure yet...

I am doing a colon prep tonight so I can go to the doctor tomorrow...not much for dinner
