Day 6 and Day 1 Back to Exercise

Day 6- I made a commitment to start working out again. I worked out with a trainer for a couple of years and stopped due to finances with supporting my elderly mom and commuting an hour a day to home.

for the athletes/trainers out there, I plan to just start walking 30 minutes a day. Is there anything else simple I should incorporate?
