I was looking at one of the teas that I like and it has almond extract in it. I have read that you can't have vanilla extract, but haven't been able to find anything about almond extract. Thanks. Hi @dana_schweitzer - most extracts are processed with alcohol. You'd have to contact the tea manufacturer and ask specifically about their extract. When in doubt, probably best to just leave it out.
