Sofrito appears to just be a spice mixture? If you're making it yourself, make sure you use only compliant ingredients and if you are buying it pre-made, read the labels as with all things. Worldismyoyster Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 Traditional sofrito is compliant - it's just peppers, onions, oregano, vinegar and cilantro.
