first whole30, day1

Hey there,

Made it through day 1.

Coffee w/ nutpods and collagen (2 mugs of this)

Bfast: spinach frittata, 1/2 avo, strawberries

Lunch: protein salad (chicken), greens/raw veg, ranch dressing, apple, kombucha

Snack: pumpkin seeds, kombucha

Dinner: ground beef, homemade sauce, spaghetti squash, grapes

Snack: herbal tea

Somewhat ready for tomorrow. :) Working from home tomorrow so can catch up on prep here/there.
