After 10 months of living the paleo lifestyle, I decided to reset and get back on track with the Whole 30. I just started and so far the only tough part is drinking my coffee black. hehe. Fortunately, I read some of the success stories and they always seem to make me feel better. Anyways, I was wondering if there are any stories of folks that had bad experiences or were unsuccessful doing the Whole 30. I want to know what they did or do not do and if they had some underlying medical condition such as gout that did not agree with the high protein diet.
