Thisismenow Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 I was wondering if anyone that has done or is doing whole30 also has texture sensitivitis with food. No matter how much I vary up salads different green cooked or raw veggies a few bites in and I start gagging. I am at a loss for what to try and eat at work on lunch I'm both not hungry and starving, the moment I think about eating another salad I feel sick. I can't stand reheated meat (tastes gross)and can't eat cold meat (texture is too off putting) I don't want to give up but I feel like I'm starving, by the time I get home at night my stomach is do upset I can't eat more than a few bites of dinner all I want is soda crackers and ginger ale to calm my upset stomach. I would suggest foods that are more palatable to you, and avoid the things that actually make you gag. Maybe you could try cooked non green veggie, hard boiled eggs, canned fishes?
