Felice
I did not have gas until after the night of day 9. I ate about a dozen uncooked french green beans. cut up in my salad for the first time. Is there a possibility that these cause gas or is it a cumulative effect from just eating lots of veggies in general?

Maybe try avoiding them for a few days and see if you feel better and then test the same thing again and see what happens? I can't say I've ever heard of someone complaining of gas from green beans but that's not to say it can't happen!

espolcyn
There is some info out there that indicates green beans can be pretty inflammatory for some folks. I’m no expert, I have just done a lot of reading on the subject and self testing. Might be something your body doesn’t like.
